Motta Madi Yoga Sessions - A Small Beginning

Made a small beginning in cross training today.. KP, Siva & I practiced a series 15 Asanas for an hour.  But for the mosquitoes the session of was enjoyable and we learnt from each other.

KP told us the story of Virabhadrasana and we also discussed the difference between Vajrasana & Virasana

This would be a weekly affair on my Motta Madi on Fridays.  We start at 6:00 AM and finish by 7:00 AM.  All are welcome.. just bring yourself and a mat (mosquito repellent might help too..).
