He has covered all the lower body stretch. One importatnt point to note is to stretch after doing some warm up as stretching cold muscles would damage the muscles.Just thought I can share this.Venkatesh
Warming down after the run might also help.. what do you think?
Yes.. doing proper warm up and cooling down is as important as running itself.. and will go a long way in helping in preventing cramps / injuries.
