My Garmin Forerunner 305 goes Kaput..
I am kind of bummed with my Garmin Forerunner 305. It goes Kaput just when I was starting to like it. I just bought it in March 2007 and it wouldn't 'turn on' anymore. When it first refused to start I just thought the battery had drained so I ensured it was fully charged when I took it out for my half marathon today.. Alas, it failed to 'turn on' today as well..
I messed around with it a little more and it doesn't even charge anymore... it has gone Kaput...
Do you guys have any suggestion for me ? Is the battery replaceable ? I couldn't find any relevant information on the net.

ReplyDeleteThis is really bad. I'm having problem with my 305 during charging...the device does not get detected. I'm now just rubbing the metal contacts below the transceiver and it works.
