Is this site legal?

This site claims to help you bypass compulsory registration by providing user-id / password for many of the popular restricted sites including India Today. Is this legal?

    why is that not legal?

    this site has been around for ages... and it helps to bypass NYT, LATimes and other newspapers madatory login details...

    not all of paysites work tho...
