ChennaiRunners in India Today
ChennaiRunners got some ink again, this time in India Today. It took over a month to get organized to get this article out. It was kind of interesting to go through the process which included two photo shoots. One lesson learnt through this process is the importance of getting our own story straight and convey a unified message. We spoke to the journalist at different times and may have ended up communicating slightly different stories. Nevertheless, a very positive article. I hope this article gets more people to hit the streets and also increase our group membership. Last time, when we were covered by Hindu, our membership jumped from 100 to 200.

Great article! Kudos to you guys for keeping this wonderful spirit alive. I am sure we are still looking at this group in its nascent stage... I think this will be much bigger in the years to come with the right directions.

Wonderful spirit...its so sad that Delhi with its famous running legends has not picked up the spirit in such an public way..but efforts are being made to revive it ( Otto Peltzer Races on Saturdays )
