Why Run?

Why Run?
If you are still wondering.. here is a testimonial from one of the young ChennaiRunners (who will anonymous)
"Since I started running I get up up early morning everyday and have almost given up beer."
Isn't this good enough reason for you to start running?

  1. I think giving up beer or eating better kind of applies to any form of physical exercise regimen. I've been on Weight Watchers since March and my eating and drinking habits have improved quite a bit. Have lost 30lbs so far (whooppeee!). Have been trying jogging once in a while and while I'll never make it to a marathon, I can run easily and longer than before. Small steps....

  2. I am the opposite, the only reason I run is for being able to drink more beer (without hurting my conscience) :)
