Not me.. that's what I thought..
Like most of us, I also just went out and started running.. But then, very soon realized that got to learn some tricks to prevent injuries. Thats where being part of ChennaiRunners really really helped. I was able to exchange notes and learn a few trick from some veterans in the group.
Now this article just reinforces need to have some training to prevent some of the common injuries while running. In fact I learnt about this article through a fellow Chennai Runner.. Thanks Kanakapriya.
