CASting Its Spell

Finally CAS is moving beyond Chennai.. I had wondered (or cribbed would be more appropriate) about Chennai being a victim of CAS, when rest of the country was having an extended party without any cable TV distribution regulation. While that is still the case, India is taking baby steps towards regulating loosely controlled cable TV distribution system.. I hope it works
