Care to join a runners group?Bunch of us running together for a while. We generally assemble by Dimensions on CP Ramaswamy Road, Abhiramapuram, Chennai on Saturday early mornings and run around 10 - 20 kms. It has been fun and definitely motivational to see others sweating it out. Some of us are also planning to participate in Bangalore & Singapore Marathons.

ReplyDeleteSome bad news. I went to the eye doc today cos my vision was kind of hazy and i underwent a small laser surgery. I have been advised not to run for a month or to lift weights. It kind of sucks but i will still have a month to prepare for the bangalore marathon if i can start running on april 1. Please pray for me.

ReplyDeleteChennai is getting 'semma hot' now.. we would sweat even if we do mid night runs..
Sometimes, I wish Chennai's weather is also cloudy & finicky like UK's weather.. but it is mostly sunny.. hot, hotter & hottest.. with frequent power cuts.. it's a challenge to say the least..
